Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online casino and related services made available via rembrendt.com, including the localized instance referred to as Rembrandt (together, the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all earlier versions.

User Obligations and Security

  • Accuracy of data: You must keep your registration information accurate and up to date. You must promptly inform the Operator of any changes, including changes of address, name, or email. The Operator is not responsible for losses arising from outdated or incorrect information.
  • Login credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not disclose them to any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
  • Unauthorised access: You must immediately notify customer support at support@rembrendt.com if you suspect that your Account has been compromised. Until such notification is received and acknowledged, any activity on your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
  • Account misuse: You must not use your Account for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activities. The Operator may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and close or freeze Accounts as required by law.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Types of Bets

  • Offer and acceptance: A Bet is deemed accepted once it has been processed and confirmed by the Operator's server. Only then will it appear in your betting or game history. If there is any discrepancy between your on-screen display and the Operator's records, the Operator's records will prevail.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game, table, or market has specific minimum and maximum stake limits which are displayed on the Website or within the game interface. The Operator may adjust these limits at any time, provided that changes do not affect Bets already placed and accepted.
  • Game types: The Services may include RNG casino games (slots, table games), live dealer games, and sports betting.   • Currency: Bets are placed in the Account currency selected at registration, subject to availability. Currency exchange, where applicable, is performed at the rate used by the Operator or its payment providers at the relevant time.

Modification, Cancellation and Settlement of Bets

  • Pre-acceptance changes: Before a Bet is accepted, you may cancel or modify it as permitted by the interface. Once a Bet has been accepted by the Operator, it cannot be changed or cancelled by you.
  • Operator cancellation: The Operator reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any Bet, or part of a Bet, where there is a manifest error, system malfunction, obvious pricing mistake, or a breach of these Terms.   • Disconnection and malfunction: In the event of a technical failure or disconnection after a Bet has been placed, game outcomes stored on the Operator's server will determine settlement. Malfunction of the Website or game software voids all affected Bets and payouts.
  • Final results: For sports betting, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. Later corrections or changes (e.g. disciplinary decisions) will not normally affect settlement unless otherwise stated in the sports betting rules.

Conduct in Live Casino, Sportsbook and Chats

  • Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully in all interactions with live dealers, other Players, and staff. Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise offensive language or behaviour is strictly prohibited and may lead to chat restrictions, Account suspension, or closure.
  • No collusion or unfair advantage: You must not collude with other Players, use bots or automated systems, exploit software bugs, engage in "chip dumping", or use any unfair strategy or external aid to gain an advantage. The Operator may void Bets and close Accounts involved in such behaviour.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Activation and General Conditions

  • Offer-specific rules: Each Bonus or Promotion is subject to these Terms and to specific promotional terms displayed on the Website at the time of the offer. In case of conflict, the promotional terms prevail for that specific Promotion.
  • Activation: Bonuses may require an opt-in, a bonus code, or a qualifying deposit or Bet. The conditions for activation, including minimum deposit and any other prerequisites, are stated in the relevant promotional description.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

Participation in excluded games with Bonus funds may lead to the cancellation of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
  • Multiple Accounts and collusion: Creating multiple Accounts, sharing devices or payment methods for the main purpose of claiming Bonuses repeatedly, or colluding with other Players to exploit Promotions is prohibited. The Operator may cancel Bonuses, void winnings, and close or merge Accounts in such cases.
  • Combination of Promotions: Unless expressly permitted, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active deposit Bonus may be in play at a time. Where simultaneous Promotions are allowed, the order of application and the interaction of wagering requirements will be stated in the specific terms.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Conditions

Refunds, Chargebacks and Treatment of Bonuses

  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute of a payment, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, void Bets and Bonuses, and recover any costs incurred. Unresolved chargebacks may be treated as debts owed to the Operator.
  • Bonus funds on withdrawal: If you request a withdrawal before satisfying applicable wagering requirements, the Operator may remove the Bonus and associated winnings while processing the withdrawal of your eligible real-money balance.
  • Void Bets and technical issues: In cases where a Bet is voided due to technical malfunction or manifest error, the Operator will, where possible, reinstate the original stake to your Account balance. Bonus adjustments in such cases will follow the underlying promotional rules.

Limitation of Liability

Operator Obligations and Fairness

  • Consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Proprietary rights: All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, interfaces, photographs, audio-visual material, software, databases, and the Rembrandt and related Condor Gaming Group brands, are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

  • Notification: Where changes are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to inform you, such as by email (using the address associated with your Account), on-site notifications, or banners displayed upon login.
  • Acceptance of changes: Continued use of the Website or Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and, if you have an Account, request its closure.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

Player-Initiated Closure and Treatment of Funds
